Clean Tank Plus is an precisely blended granular material designed to thoroughly clean starch adhesive delivery systems by breaking down build-up of dried and gelled starch adhesive. Clean Tank Plus also disinfects by killing microbes that hide out in the elbows, tanks and low lines - anywhere in your starch adhesive system.

Start by draining the system of excess adhesive.

Fill tank with water and add Clean Tank Plus.

No high-heat needed - works best with warm water.

Recommended Uses

To remove dried and gelled adhesive build-up in mixing tank, holding tanks and lines, glue pans and rolls.

USE / Dosage

Mix two-pounds per every 50 gallons of unheated water and circulate for 45-minutes to 2-hours (circulation time depends on severity of build up on tanks and lines), then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
