BIOCIDES

  • JT-1 Long-Term Preservative (Granular)

    • This long-term starch preservative protects the starch adhesive batch against bacterial contamination. It is packaged in water soluble bags specific to your individual batch size.

  • JT-20 Corrosion Inhibitor (Granular)

    • A uniquely designed corrosion inhibitor that can be added to starch adhesive and water. This product protects itself against bacteria, yeast, and mold.

  • Green – Long-Term Preservative (Granular)

    • This natural preservative protects the starch adhesive from bacterial contamination. It is packaged in water soluble bags specific to your individual starch adhesive batch size.

  • Liquid Green – Long-Term Preservative (Liquid)

    • This long-term preservative for starch adhesive is excellent for facilities with automatic starch systems. It protects the starch adhesive from bacterial contamination.

  • Aquakill-5 – Quick-Kill Biocide (Liquid)

    • Quick kill biocide that immediately kills bacteria found in process water used to make starch adhesive. Ideal for facilities needing to use their flexo wash-up and corrugator run-off waters.

    CLEANERS

  • Clean Tank HP Tank & Line Cleaner

    • This high performance, odorless one-step cleaning process is an excellent phosphate-free replacement for the more traditional approach (TSP and Bleach) to storage tank and line cleaning. It effectively cleans residual gelatinized starch adhesive and sludge found in the bottom of storage tanks and low lines, and it is effective in fighting bacteria. It cuts your cleaning time in half.

  • Cal-Clean Calcium Scale Cleaner

    • Specifically designed to dissolve the toughest hard water scale, lime, and rust deposits from corrugator glue rolls and other equipment.

    ADDITIVE "FIXES"

    • This specialized formula mixes with fouled waste water to reduce unpleasant odors produced by stored corrugated run-off, flexo wash-up, and boiler blow down waters.

    • Zero VOC, water-based defoamer effectively controls foam in starch adhesive and other types of slurries. It is an all-temperature, oil-free liquid that is designed for both acid and alkaline systems.

    • A polymeric dispersing agent that will keep inorganic deposits from precipitating out and bonding to glue rolls by inhibiting the growth of large calcium carbonate crystals.
